•Support the BU Manager and HSE Director in planning, coordinating, and implementing effective HSE policies, procedures, and guidelines
•Ensure compliance with company HSE standards and legal requirements across all business areas
•Conduct regular HSE audits and risk assessments, ensuring appropriate actions are implemented
•Provide expert advice and support to other departments on all HSE-related matters
•Develop and implement HSE plans in line with company policies, client requirements, and international standards (ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 9001)

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field
•1–2 years of experience in an HSE role
•Minimum C-Class HSE Certificate (NEBOSH is a plus)
•Knowledge of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems
•Fluent in Turkish and English
