Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead projects from initiation through design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and final handover.
  • •Manage projects up to €2M, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, schedule, and quality requirements.
  • •Develop and maintain project execution plans, delivery strategies, schedules, budgets, and risk registers.
  • •Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and coordinate stakeholders including consultants, contractors, suppliers, and facility management teams.
  • •Monitor financial performance (budgeting, forecasting, cost control, change management, invoicing, and final account reconciliation) and ensure HSEQ compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum of 7 years proven Project Management experience in M&E, FM construction or critical environment.
  • •Experience delivering multi-million projects.
  • •Proven experience running a P&L.
  • •Demonstrable evidence of having managed a team.
  • •Minimum supervision role: ability to operate autonomously at senior level (senior-level experience desirable).
