Drive profitability and efficiency as part of the store leadership team by coaching and delegating work with the Operations & Visual Manager. Lead inventory management, investigate root causes of inventory accuracy issues, and run key operational execution (receiving, shipments, transfers, sales floor recovery, replenishment, and supply management). Partner on reporting and budgets, uphold visual and stockroom standards, and oversee and develop Operations Associates.
