Key Responsibilities

  • •Collect job orders and necessary tools, equipment, and materials to perform repairs and maintenance using approved manufacturer techniques.
  • •Ensure accurate fault diagnosis and effective utilization of allocated repair time; report repair delays to the Team Leader.
  • •Confirm additional repairs are authorized and manage parts booking; handle warranty repair/parts exchange returns to the parts department and follow retail parts return rules.
  • •Service personal tools, keep lifts and work areas clean, and comply with health and safety standards.
  • •Maintain efficiency and productivity (above 100%), complete proper clocking on/off and repair order write-ups, and return/store unused parts properly while disposing of used parts responsibly.

Key Requirements

  • •Diploma in Automotive Engineering.
  • •Complete Industrial Technical Institute ITI (2-year vocational course) certified Auto Technician course.
  • •2 to 3 years of experience as a technician.
  • •Ability to follow approved manufacturer repair techniques for vehicle repairs and maintenance.
  • •Competency in accurate fault diagnosis and effective repair time utilization.
