Key Responsibilities

•Develop and execute the company’s financial strategy aligned with overall business objectives.
•Provide executive-level insights and recommendations to support growth, profitability, and scalability.
•Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning and deliver timely financial reporting, dashboards, and KPI analysis.
•Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to improve performance and oversee cash flow, working capital, and liquidity strategy.
•Build, lead, and develop a high-performing finance and accounting team and ensure GAAP compliance and strong internal controls.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 225,000 - 280,000 annually

Key Requirements

•10–15+ years of progressive finance leadership experience in a senior financial role (CFO, VP Finance, or equivalent).

•Experience in a high-growth, product-based, or e-commerce-related business preferred.
•CPA, MBA, or equivalent advanced credential preferred.
•Strong understanding of financial systems, controls, and reporting structures.
