Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop sourcing strategies using global spend and translate them into objectives and action plans for assigned indirect categories.
  • •Optimize direct and indirect costs by leading sourcing efforts and executing cost-saving initiatives with stakeholders.
  • •Lead cross-functional RFP efforts, including requirements definition, bid/negotiations, contract documentation, and integration with appropriate approvals.
  • •Negotiate commercial terms for price, terms, and scope of services, and ensure procurement activities align with SOX and internal controls.
  • •Conduct logistics provider Quarterly Business Reviews and partner with trade compliance to align providers with international trade laws and Peloton policies.
