Job Summary

Serve as an interventionist for at-risk high school students, delivering targeted remediation through individualized and small-group sessions. Adapt K12 curriculum to state standards, collaborate with general education teachers, and ensure MTSS implementation with ongoing progress monitoring. Educate parents on instructional strategies, support special education eligibility with the special education team, and provide training and daily support to school stakeholders. Maintain a professional home office and work ~40+ hours/week.

Key Responsibilities

•Modify/adapt the K12 curriculum to meet students' unique needs aligned to state content standards.
•Collaborate with general education teachers to deliver individualized and small-group instruction to targeted students.
•Ensure MTSS implementation, oversee data collection and progress monitoring, and use data to guide instruction and grouping.
•Collect and maintain MTSS data including eligible student lists and intervention plans, and support documentation of student progress.
•Provide daily resource support to administrators and stakeholders; coordinate and track Tier 3 interventions and train staff on MTSS procedures.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree and one (1) year of classroom experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
•Ohio State Licensure.
•Must be an Ohio resident.
•Strong written and verbal communication skills.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and web proficiency.
