Key Responsibilities

•Run daily open process order and error reports to monitor and resolve errors within 24 hours.
•Perform audits of batch records and receiving (Bulk liquid and NMB) to ensure costing and inventory are accurately documented for CARM and TTB compliance.
•Lead posting and reconciling In-Line Blend batches into SAP and balance inventory; generate export paperwork and post inventory transactions in SAP.
•Investigate blocked status inventory and open STOs to final resolution, proactively communicating order and shipment status to internal groups and partners.
•Maintain controlled documentation in eQMS, monitor inventory cycle counts for discrepancies, and run weekly tank reports and departmental performance metrics.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 61,275 - 102,125 annually

•Knowledge and experience of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP’s).
•Use experience and sound judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
