Key Responsibilities

  • •Run daily open process order and error reports to monitor and resolve errors within 24 hours.
  • •Perform audits of batch records and receiving (Bulk liquid and NMB) to ensure costing and inventory are accurately documented for CARM and TTB compliance.
  • •Lead posting and reconciling In-Line Blend batches into SAP and balance inventory; generate export paperwork and post inventory transactions in SAP.
  • •Investigate blocked status inventory and open STOs to final resolution, proactively communicating order and shipment status to internal groups and partners.
  • •Maintain controlled documentation in eQMS, monitor inventory cycle counts for discrepancies, and run weekly tank reports and departmental performance metrics.

Key Requirements

  • •Solid grasp of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and other operations systems.
