Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate the vehicle according to applicable state and federal transportation laws.
  • •Transport loads safely and in a timely manner while obeying traffic laws and safety regulations.
  • •Maneuver trucks and trailers into loading/unloading areas, following loading crew signals.
  • •Assist with loading/unloading goods and materials, and return equipment to designated areas.
  • •Maintain signed invoices and shipping paperwork (including bills of lading) and deliver documentation upon route completion.

Key Requirements

  • •Hold a commercial drivers license (Class A CDL) or chauffeur’s license appropriate for the vehicle weight operated.

  • •Pass a DOT physical for trucks driven over 10k lbs.
  • •Be at least 21 years old to operate a company vehicle.
  • •Lift and move up to 40 pounds as needed for loading/unloading.
