Job Summary

Build, operate, and scale highly available cloud-native platforms for Open Banking. Partner with product engineering to design and run applications on AWS infrastructure using EKS and Kubernetes, including Docker-based systems. Automate monitoring, infrastructure, and CI/CD deployment workflows, and drive reliability improvements through observability and incident response. Maintain runbooks and operational standards while contributing to on-call and root-cause analysis in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Engage across the full lifecycle from design through production operations for critical systems.
•Partner with product engineering teams to design, implement, and operate applications in cloud-native infrastructure (AWS, EKS, Kubernetes, Docker).
•Automate infrastructure, monitoring, and operational processes; improve CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
•Monitor system health, availability, and performance; participate in on-call rotation and incident response with root-cause analysis.
•Drive reliability improvements through automation and observability; maintain documentation, runbooks, and operational standards.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
•Hands-on AWS cloud infrastructure experience (required).
•Strong Kubernetes (EKS) and Docker experience (required).
•Experience with Linux administration and troubleshooting.
•Terraform (or similar IaC) plus CI/CD tools (e.g., GitLab, Jenkins).
