Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead site execution in Greenfield and Brownfield project environments aligned to HSE, quality, technical requirements, and execution performance.
  • •Monitor compliance with policies and procedures aligned to functional standards for site activities.
  • •Direct and coordinate site implementation works, resource planning, and schedule milestone activities aligned to the budget.
  • •Manage and coordinate subcontractor implementation activities to ensure safety and delivery milestones/KPIs are met.
  • •Own key project execution processes (3C readiness, back to base morning calls, documentation support with hook-up manager) and escalate deliverable slippage to PMT.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferred).
  • •Minimum 8 years of relevant professional experience.
  • •In-depth knowledge of Construction (Fab) discipline and best practices.
  • •Ability to solve complex Construction (Fab) problems independently with minimal guidance.
  • •Experience coordinating site execution across subcontractors and cross-functional project groups (operations, design, engineering, quality).
