Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the full project lifecycle from contract award through commissioning and handover, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, budgeting, and closeout.
  • •Support the proposal team during quotation by validating project assumptions, execution strategies, resource requirements, schedules, and cost estimates.
  • •Execute and coordinate project activities across contract review, procurement, manufacturing, inspections, logistics, shipments, subcontracting, installation, and site services for on-time delivery.
  • •Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate with engineering, procurement, production, quality, logistics, subcontractors, and site teams to align resources and achieve objectives.
  • •Monitor project progress and compliance against schedules, KPIs, contractual requirements, and company procedures; manage financial performance and evaluate risks, opportunities, and scope changes via change requests and variation orders.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Instrumentation, Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, or related discipline).
  • •At least 3 years of project management experience, or 5 years in lead engineering and commissioning roles for instrumentation, automation, digitalization, wireless, or industrial solutions projects.
  • •Strong technical understanding of instrumentation and technologies including wireless solutions and flow, pressure, temperature, and level.
  • •Experience managing multidisciplinary projects covering engineering, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, site installation, commissioning, and subcontractors.
  • •Knowledge of commercial/contractual management, including change management, claims, variation orders, and Incoterms.
