Job Summary

Lead and mentor a Board Product Engineering (NPI) team focused on deep-level system and board failure analysis, yield improvement, issue driving, and product management for data center/server products. Collaborate with hardware, validation, software and production teams across sites to ensure quality, manufacturing methods, and product improvements from concept through production.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage and supervise Board PE team focusing on system and board level failure analysis, provide guidance, feedback, and coaching.
•Manage product yield, drive and ensure product engineering implementation, maintenance of manufacturing methods, processes, and operations for new and existing products.
•Product change control and build management, product failure debug resolution over TOP issues.
•Define and supervise board products 0quality and yield goals, and take corrective actions if needed, work with hardware design, validation, software and product engineers to characterize product, address bugs, improve product quality.
•Product representative to internal teams, supporting activities for product requirements.

Key Requirements

•Bachelora0or Mastera08; in Electronic Engineering or related fields or equivalent experience.
•8+ years of engineering experience on data center or server system related products.
•3+ years of experience in people management or project management.
•Strong knowledge of failure analysis tools, techniques, and methodologies.
•Data analysis skills with Python, JMP or similar tools are a plus
