Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and extend behavioural models in Databricks covering customer interactions across web and app.
  • •Design and maintain session logic, funnels/journeys, attribution logic, feature usage metrics, and experiment exposure datasets.
  • •Own behavioural event quality and consistency, ensuring schemas, naming conventions, data types, required fields, and privacy-first compliance.
  • •Implement end-to-end data quality checks, monitor schema/validation failures, completeness/coverage, cardinality drift, volume anomalies, and identity stitching integrity.
  • •Enable trusted behavioural metrics using Databricks metric views and Power BI semantic models, partnering with product and engineering teams for clear, reusable metrics.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in analytics engineering, data engineering, or product analytics.
  • •Strong SQL and experience with Databricks/Spark/DBT and Python.
