Key Responsibilities

•Develop cutting-edge GenAI solutions to solve customer problems using Databricks AI research techniques.
•Own production rollouts of consumer and internally facing GenAI applications.
•Serve as a trusted technical advisor to customers across a variety of domains.
•Present at conferences (e.g., Data + AI Summit) as an internal and external thought leader.
•Collaborate cross-functionally with product and engineering teams to influence priorities and shape the product roadmap.

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•Experience building GenAI applications such as RAG, multi-agent systems, Text2SQL, and fine-tuning using tools like HuggingFace, LangChain, and DSPy.
•Expertise deploying production-grade GenAI applications, including evaluation and optimizations.
•Extensive hands-on industry data science experience using tools such as pandas, scikit-learn, and PyTorch.
•Experience building production-grade machine learning deployments on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
•Graduate degree in a quantitative discipline (or equivalent practical experience) and ability to communicate technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
