Job Summary

Support the SPO Service Support team by serving as a liaison between WCIB Operations business partners and technology teams. Lead onboarding of new users, processes, and use cases in the ARES platform, translating current-state operations into future-state workflows and requirements. Own process mapping and documentation, coordinate UAT and readiness, identify gaps and risks, and drive production implementation and long-term platform adoption across cross-functional partners.

•Analyze current-state processes and translate them into future-state workflows and system requirements.
•Create and maintain process maps, workflows, and documentation using process-mapping tools such as Visio or Lucidchart.
•Coordinate UAT, readiness activities, issue resolution, and production implementation efforts.
•Identify process gaps and provide recommendations; partner with WCIB Operations teams to gather requirements and support platform adoption.

•Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

•Coordinate testing efforts, UAT activities, and implementation readiness.
