Key Responsibilities

  • •Assess patient safety concerns and intervene to provide a safe environment, evaluating effectiveness of interventions.
  • •Provide expert comprehensive direct and indirect patient care and conduct advanced assessments to identify normal vs. abnormal characteristics.
  • •Evaluate and improve patient care delivery within the unit, including coordinating patient flow, discharge planning, and team rounding.
  • •Serve as clinical and operational resource for nursing activities; assist coworkers, new staff, temporary staff, and students.
  • •Mentor, coach, and support nursing staff development, contributing to performance evaluations and applying advanced clinical skills and critical thinking.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
  • •Minimum 10 years of nursing experience (required).
  • •Minimum 5 years as Charge Nurse.
  • •Prefer 1 year of GCC experience.
  • •ERP knowledge with SAP functional skills required.
