Job Function: Manufacturing & Production Operations

Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate a variety of production machines (e.g., washer, shot peen, furnace, water/air flow, laser weld/tack weld/ablation, x-ray, bake and detailer) and perform routine operations on the production line.
  • •Produce blades and/or vanes and perform all required quality checks based on blueprint specification(s).
  • •Read and interpret process sheets and gages, deburr and clean parts, make minor offset changes, change set-ups, and document information on check sheets/run charts.
  • •Clock labor in Solumina and perform daily Total Preventative Maintenance (TPM) and document results.
  • •Maintain equipment and work area cleanliness (5S) and follow work instructions, including shift work and ability to work overtime when needed.
