Key Responsibilities

  • •Contribute to and execute the product vision and roadmap for Rovo Chat aligned with Atlassian’s AI strategy and user needs.
  • •Identify and prioritize opportunities to grow Chat adoption and engagement (MAU), balancing user value with business outcomes.
  • •Drive development of intelligent chat experiences that connect users to knowledge across first-party and third-party sources.
  • •Advance multi-turn conversation quality, context awareness, memory, and proactive assistance.
  • •Partner cross-functionally to deliver features from ideation through launch and iterate; define and monitor quality and adoption metrics while championing responsible AI practices.

Key Requirements

  • •3-5 years as a Product Manager or in a similar role with exposure to AI/ML-powered products, conversational systems, or search experiences.
  • •Use AI tools daily: prompt, iterate, evaluate outputs, draft specs, analyze data, synthesize research, and prototype to unblock decisions.
  • •Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts including LLMs, RAG pipelines, and conversational systems, collaborating with data scientists and engineers.
  • •Experience building and scaling SaaS products, ideally in collaboration, productivity, or developer tooling domains.
  • •Strong communication and influencing skills to work across customers, engineering, design, and leadership; translate requirements into product strategies.
