Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline from an accredited institution.
  • •Minimum three (3) years of engineering experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment.
  • •No employment immigration sponsorship or support for CPT, OPT, STEM OPT, F-1, H-1B (including cap registration), O-1, E-3, TN, or related proceedings.
  • •Experience in high-volume assembly or electromechanical manufacturing.
  • •Knowledge of DFM/DFA principles and familiarity with CAD tools (e.g., SolidWorks or Creo).
