Job Summary

Solicit residential first mortgage referrals through realtors, builders, and developers, and work with an assigned branch office to promote home loan products. Interview applicants, analyze financial data, make credit decisions, and take borrower applications. Provide follow-up on referrals, develop and maintain referral contacts, and ensure timely collection and delivery of loan packages to the processor while maintaining strong customer service. Complete required compliance and lending trainings and participate in lending meetings.
