Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as trusted partner for Belgium on all local compliance matters, supporting the Benelux Chief Legal & Compliance Officer
  • •Lead development and implementation of local compliance policies, standards, and procedures aligned with Group requirements
  • •Oversee compliance risk assessments, identify emerging risks, define mitigation plans, and support business teams on non-financial risks
  • •Manage compliance monitoring and reporting in Belgium, including management reporting and recommendations to senior stakeholders
  • •Lead investigations and integrity, manage whistleblowing cases, and coach/develop the Belgian Compliance team
