Job Function: Manufacturing & Production Operations

Key Responsibilities

  • •Assemble, inspect, and ship panelboard products while adhering to Eaton quality standards and performing instructed quality checks.
  • •Receive and carry out work assignments from management and internal customers to fulfill orders on time and follow established procedures.
  • •Comply with safety and industrial hygiene requirements, including proper PPE use and safe operation of equipment.
  • •Maintain assigned work areas clean and organized per 5S standards and collaborate with team members to complete assignments.
  • •Use analytical/problem-solving and Lean initiatives to address obstacles and delays, and select/install components using drawings, diagrams, blueprints, and Kanban cards.

  • •Minimum 1 year of manufacturing or operations experience.
