Job Summary

Own strategic sourcing for new product concepts and third-party manufacturing, aligning supplier network decisions with growth, innovation, and financial targets. Lead end-to-end sourcing for new SKUs, including supplier onboarding, segmentation and performance frameworks, and proactive risk management. Drive cost optimization through negotiations and contract management, support annual planning, and use data/analytics to continuously improve sourcing processes while partnering cross-functionally with Product, Culinary, Operations, Finance, Legal, and FSQA.

•Execute sourcing strategies that align with growth, innovation, and financial targets, optimizing a third-party manufacturing and supplier network.
•Own strategic sourcing for new product development from concept through commercialization, including SKU onboarding and supplier selection.
•Manage cost leadership by planning budgets, implementing cost optimization initiatives, and leading negotiations and contract management for mid to high value agreements.
•Improve supply chain resilience through proactive risk management, performance metrics/SLAs, corrective action programs, and resolution of operational, quality, and supply conflicts.
•Continuously iterate sourcing processes and supplier onboarding frameworks using data and analytics to inform strategic decision-making.

Travel: Medium travel

Salary: USD 95,000 - 138,000 annually

Key Requirements

•4+ years of experience in supply chain operations, strategic sourcing, or procurement (ideally food/third-party manufacturing) or equivalent operations strategy-focused management consulting experience.
•Undergraduate degree in supply chain, business, engineering, or a related field (or equivalent relevant experience).
•Fluency in Google Suite, especially Google Sheets.
•Track record leading large initiatives and sourcing events using strategic sourcing processes.
•Experience with high-value contract negotiations.
