Job Summary

Own technical solution design for the client network in Singapore’s largest high-touch accounts. Engage quickly with end-user contacts, lead solution design, client presentations, and proposal/RFP responses, and outline architecture across domains. Take responsibility for custom solution elements, govern implementation, and support business development and transition from presales to delivery. Manage client POCs and partner with sales to help close deals.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide solution design, client presentations, and proposal preparations including RFP and tender bid responses.
•Outline and govern technical architecture across domains, functions, and industries.
•Own the overall technical design and build of custom solution elements and manage implementation readiness.
•Support business development and transition projects from presales to delivery, including sales support.
•Manage client proof of concept (POC) initiatives and guide sales teams to close deals.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s or equivalent degree.
•Enterprise architecture methodologies certification and working knowledge (e.g., Cisco CCNP/CCDE/CCIE).
•Strong SDDC and networking knowledge, including CISCO ACI, VXLAN EVPN, and VMware NSX.
•Enterprise Cisco networking expertise (Cisco Catalyst Switch/Router and SDA).
•Experience with wireless, SD-WAN, firewalls/VPN, NAC (Cisco ISE/Aruba Clearpass), and TCL programming on Cisco platforms.
