Job Summary

Lead end-to-end proposal development and delivery for US pursuits within the Strategic Growth Team. Based in Noida/Bengaluru with a Hybrid work model, you will coordinate content, compliance, and stakeholders to win US bids, delivering high-quality proposals on tight timelines.

Key Responsibilities

•Own the end-to-end proposal lifecycle from kickoff to post-submission debrief, ensuring timely and compliant submissions.
•Coordinate with technical SMEs, business, graphics, and support functions to gather inputs and drive alignment for proposal components.
•Develop high-quality proposal content including executive summaries and resumes, aligning with client requirements and win themes.
•Ensure strict compliance with RFP/RFQ requirements, branding, formatting, and document accuracy.
•Mentor junior team members and drive process improvements to standardize and accelerate proposal delivery.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Engineering, journalism or English) and 7 to 10 years of experience in proposal development and coordination or a similar environment.
•Strong proposal/bid management and coordination skills with excellent writing, editing, and communication abilities.
•High attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines; strong stakeholder management and collaboration.
•Proficiency in MS Office, Adobe InDesign, and SharePoint; ability to multitask and work as a self-motivated team member.
