Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee manufacturing staff and accomplish results by communicating job expectations, monitoring performance, and coaching/counseling employees.
  • •Maintain workflow by monitoring process steps and control points, implementing cost reductions, and facilitating corrections to malfunctions.
  • •Complete production plans by scheduling and assigning personnel, establishing priorities, revising schedules, resolving problems, and reporting shift production summaries.
  • •Maintain quality and standards by establishing and enforcing Parts Manufacturer Approval (PMA) and organizational requirements.
  • •Maintain a safe, clean work environment by directing personnel on use of control points and equipment and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of manufacturing experience with Aerospace and Defense experience preferred.
  • •3+ years of experience using Lean Manufacturing principles.
  • •Advanced knowledge of MRP/ERP and tools including Access, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • •Strong analytical skills and solution-driven thinking using data to drive decisions.
