Caddy Attendant

Provide a friendly, welcoming experience to members and guests by following all Standard Operating Procedures across golf operations areas including bag drop, bag storage, cartwell, and the driving range. Prepare and present range and practice areas, maintain range balls, manage guest expectations for tee-time changes, and assist with golf-bag transportation and cart assignment. Support quality and service standards, including IT security awareness and assigned tasks from supervisors.
