Job Function: Program & Project Management (PMO)

Key Responsibilities

•Lead global teams of technical and non-technical staff and consultants to execute strategic cybersecurity projects and programs.
•Define expected project benefits/outcomes with stakeholders and ensure successful completion.
•Plan and deliver AI-related IAM controls (workload identities, service principals, least privilege) for AI services and autonomous agents.
•Plan and deliver AI-related data protection controls (classification, encryption, retention, masking) compliant with privacy/regulatory requirements.
•Plan and execute AI-related security operations controls (logging, anomaly detection, SIEM/SOAR integrations, incident response) and manage risks.
•Develop schedules, assign tasks, track progress, and ensure adherence to delivery methodology; resolve conflicts/escalations.
•Create project charters, communication plans, and status reports; maintain artifact repositories and ensure deliverable quality.
•Oversee financial management of projects (budgets, forecasts, variance) and optimize spend.
•Identify resource needs, manage staffing, and provide performance feedback to leadership.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 114,700 - 194,900 annually

Key Requirements

•10+ years of overall experience in Financial Services with at least 5 years leading and managing high-visibility technology projects
•Cybersecurity project management experience (IAM, Data Protection, Security Operations, Attack Surface Management)
•Experience with software delivery lifecycle methodologies (e.g., Agile/Scrum, Waterfall) and demand & capacity management
•PMP certification is strongly preferred; college degree required (MBA a plus)
•Proficiency with project planning and reporting tools (MS Project, Azure DevOps Boards, Clarity PPM, PowerBI/Tableau) and MS Office 365
