Job Summary

Own project controls across the project lifecycle, supporting project management and PMO activities. Ensure KPIs for resource utilization, estimations, and governance, and help deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget. Develop project scopes with stakeholders, manage changes to scope/schedule/costs, monitor performance with appropriate tools, handle client relationships, and maintain comprehensive documentation. Work with modern Microsoft and web technologies in an agile environment using DevOps-style delivery.

Key Responsibilities

•Ensure KPIs are met, including resource utilization, project estimations, and governance.
•Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
•Develop project scopes and objectives with stakeholders and validate technical feasibility.
•Manage resource availability and allocation and measure project performance using appropriate systems and tools.
•Perform risk management, manage client and stakeholder relationships, and create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

Key Requirements

•Develop project scopes and objectives with relevant stakeholders while ensuring technical feasibility.
•Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.
•Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to multitask.
•Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
•Manage projects involving Microsoft technologies (e.g., .NET, PowerApps, SharePoint, SP Online Microsoft 365) and web technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, Vue, React, Angular.js).
