Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the client’s primary oversight point on the ground, sitting above the developer and contractor to deliver programme standards, timelines, and quality.
  • •Lead weekly and bi-weekly site visits and chair developer roundtables to drive accountability.
  • •Protect the critical path with rigour by identifying risks early, surfacing blockers and friction points, and pursuing acceleration where needed.
  • •Confirm inspection readiness across all scopes and ensure the client is protected from gaps in developer or contractor delivery.
  • •Deliver reporting outputs including site visit reports, roundtable minutes, action logs, acceleration and recovery opportunity logs, and milestone/critical path status updates.

Key Requirements

  • •15 to 20 years’ total experience in project and construction management.
  • •8+ years delivering data centre projects specifically.
  • •General contractor background strongly preferred, or equivalent direct site experience in a senior delivery role.
  • •Thorough understanding of the full project lifecycle from mobilisation through construction completion.
  • •Bachelor’s degree or higher in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline; postgraduate qualification in Project Management is highly regarded.
