Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the primary global contact for Workforce Development teams integrating with the Degreed LXP, guiding design, rollout, and ongoing operations.
  • •Lead collaborative design sessions to define role-based learning requirements, entry/growth pathways, and represent LXP capabilities and limitations.
  • •Establish and maintain governance for learning content and pathways, including taxonomy, metadata consistency, lifecycle protocols, and quality/compliance standards.
  • •Develop enablement programs, including train-the-trainer and intake programs, plus playbooks/toolkits/audit routines for regional adoption.
  • •Collaborate across Global LXP workstreams and implement measurement to track uptake and pathway success, using platform data to resolve misalignments and training gaps.

Key Requirements

  • •Deep experience in learning operations, WFD governance, or learning systems alignment.
  • •Strong consulting and collaborator alignment skills to lead strategic conversations globally.
  • •Proven ability to build decentralized capability through enablement programs and toolkits.
  • •Data-driven orientation to interpret platform signals and collaborate to close usage gaps.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in a related field (preferred) and 7+ years in global L&D/workforce development/people operations at scale (preferred).
