Key Responsibilities

  • •Deploy and sustain manufacturing systems, standards, and best practices across LATAM.
  • •Drive capability development, organizational learning, and role standardization.
  • •Lead manufacturing cells, technical communities, and specialist networks.
  • •Manage manufacturing KPI governance, operational reviews, and performance dashboards.
  • •Identify and accelerate replication of successful operational improvements across sites.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience in manufacturing, operations excellence, continuous improvement, or capability building roles.
  • •Experience supporting multi-site or regional manufacturing environments.
  • •Strong background in operational performance management and process improvement.
  • •Bachelor's degree in engineering, operations, manufacturing, business, or a related field.
  • •Lean, Six Sigma, operational excellence, or related certifications are highly desirable.
