Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee design and delivery of civil engineering solutions for a variety of infrastructure projects.
  • •Oversee the planning, design, and coordination of civil elements, including roadways, utilities, drainage systems, grading, and other infrastructure components.
  • •Develop and implement civil design standards, guidelines, and best practices to ensure consistency and quality across all projects.
  • •Review and approve civil design calculations, drawings, and models, ensuring accuracy, compliance with regulations, and alignment with client requirements.
  • •Monitor the progress of civil design work, identifying and addressing any issues or conflicts that may arise during the design phase.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (required)
  • •Master’s Degree preferred
  • •Strong knowledge of structural design software (e.g., AutoCAD)
  • •Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • •Experience in managing and leading multidisciplinary teams in a design and project delivery environment
