Senior Production Supervisor

Lead onsite manufacturing operations by managing a team of direct reports to ensure efficient production, high quality, and on-time delivery. Drive continuous improvement through Lean initiatives to eliminate waste and improve efficiency, equipment utilization, and cost performance. Ensure production specifications and quality/compliance standards are met while building a collaborative, accountable team environment using data-driven insights to hit operational targets.
