Key Responsibilities

  • •Meet contractual commitments for assigned program(s), including financial, technical, and schedule performance.
  • •Report program business metrics to program and functional leadership, including Estimates At Complete (EAC).
  • •Provide technical execution leadership to design, develop, integrate & test, verify, qualify and deliver systems meeting performance requirements.
  • •Communicate program status, accomplishments, issues, and help needed with Raytheon leadership and the customer community.
  • •Identify, manage, and mitigate risks or capture opportunities; contribute to program vision and execution strategy and mentor team members; travel as necessary (~10%).

Key Requirements

  • •Typically requires a STEM degree and a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience.
  • •Experience in Program Management and/or IPT execution within the Defense Industry.
  • •Experience leading cross-functional teams within the Defense Industry across two or more disciplines (e.g., engineering, contracts, finance, procurement/supply chain, manufacturing/operations, quality, or administrative functions).
  • •Experience with Earned Value Management System (EVMS), Integrated Master Plan (IMP) / Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), or Risk and Opportunity Management.
  • •Active and transferable Secret U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date, and U.S. citizenship is required.
