Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the first point of contact for PMs and Designers, guiding studies through triage, planning, participant recruitment, scheduling, and incentive management.
  • •Identify bottlenecks in current research workflows and design scalable solutions, documenting best practices and creating team resources.
  • •Administer research tooling, manage seat allocation, and coordinate with vendor partners to maximize tool value.
  • •Manage and improve the research repository so insights are discoverable and accessible across studies.
  • •Develop processes that encourage synthesis of findings across multiple studies and enable informed, user-centered decisions.

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years of experience in Research Operations, Design Operations, or a related program management role within a product organization.
  • •Strong understanding of the end-to-end research process and experience enabling PMs and Designers to conduct high-quality work.
  • •Experience identifying inefficiencies, designing durable scalable processes, and creating clear documentation to support them.
  • •Direct experience managing key research tools and platforms (including participant management, survey tools, and research repositories).
  • •Comfort working with user data at scale to support targeted sampling based on stakeholder needs.
