Head of Kindergarten

Lead the Kindergarten division for an approximately 50-section team, driving whole-school improvement and a future-focused early years strategy aligned to the school’s vision and values. Oversee teaching and learning quality through child-centered, inquiry-based and play-based approaches, curriculum design, assessment frameworks, and quality assurance. Provide people leadership through coaching and professional learning, and ensure safeguarding, inclusion, and student wellbeing. Build strong parent and community partnerships.
