Key Responsibilities

•Own the product vision and roadmap for ads quality systems, including auction mechanics, marketplace balance, and signals governing ad ranking and relevance.
•Increase experimentation velocity by designing frameworks that help the team test, learn, and iterate faster while maintaining rigor.
•Partner hands-on with machine learning and ads engineers to translate ML outputs and auction dynamics into product requirements and measurable outcomes.
•Define and track success metrics for ads quality, balancing advertiser performance, shopper experience, and marketplace health and communicating tradeoffs to senior stakeholders.
•Operate effectively in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities, new data, and decision-making under uncertainty.

Salary: USD 158,000 - 199,500 annually

Key Requirements

•2+ years of product management experience in online advertising, ad tech, or a closely related domain with auction mechanics, bidding systems, or ad quality signals knowledge.
•2+ years of experience working directly with machine learning teams or ML-driven products, with ability to engage in technical conversations about model design, evaluation, and tradeoffs.
•Proven track record defining and executing product roadmaps in complex, data-rich environments with multiple cross-functional stakeholders.
•Strong analytical skills using data to inform product decisions, measure impact, and design experiments.
•Hands-on familiarity with large language models (LLMs) and how they can be applied within ads or ranking systems.
