We are seeking an experienced Senior Reward Partner to elevate Wise's reward strategy globally. You will design and implement compensation and benefits initiatives, benchmark pay structures across functions and locations, lead annual budgeting and salary review cycles, and drive high-impact reward projects with cross-border stakeholders, using data to inform decisions and communicate clearly.

•Design, plan and implement compensation and benefit initiatives across the organization.
•Lead benchmarking for multiple functions and locations; build pay structures and establish guidelines for market competitiveness, equity, and compliance.
•Partner with stakeholders to deliver annual budget exercises and set up salary review cycles.
•Deliver high-impact reward projects and scale reward frameworks in line with Wise's growth.
•Collaborate with global leaders and People team colleagues to drive Reward objectives and communicate reward programs to leads and employees.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: GBP 82,000 - 111,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Depth and breadth across Reward topics with emphasis on compensation benchmarking using multiple external data sources/survey tools, plus knowledge of benefits and stock.
•Experience in a fast-paced environment with ambiguity and multi-jurisdictional considerations across legislative regimes and cultural norms.
•Led reward projects to completion; able to scope problems and craft delivery plans.
•Exceptional communicator with ability to work directly with leads and senior teams, translating complexity into simple insights.
•Effective analytical influencer who can extract narratives from large data sets (e.g., using Excel) and present clear recommendations.
