Service Delivery Manager (CX) responsible for delivering network deployment and operations support for large-scale telecommunications carrier networks. •Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in systems engineering.
•5+ years of experience in project management.
•Knowledge of Routers and Ethernet Switches.
•Native-level Japanese proficiency and English skills (TOEIC 750+).
•Basic knowledge of DevOps.
