Job Summary

Serve as the first Solutions Engineer for the German DACH market, partnering closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to align customer growth goals to the platform’s capabilities. Become an internal expert through onboarding on Convexity, deliver technical and consultative support to prospects, plan/configure solutions for presentations, and help drive deals through POC/pilot construction. Share expertise to strengthen the Solutions Engineering department as it grows.

Key Responsibilities

•Become an expert on 360Learning ways of working through onboarding on Convexity and develop deep product knowledge to provide insights to the Product team.
•Describe the product to prospects, answer questions about its technology, and provide sales support by collaborating with sales teams on customer requirements.
•Work with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, customer success) to provide feedback and help shape go-to-market execution.
•Plan and configure products for presentation needs and build engaging deal strategies with AEs to move opportunities forward in the sales funnel (POC/pilot construction).
•Serve as a trusted advisor to customer stakeholders and help grow the Solutions Engineering department by identifying best practices and improving processes.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience as a Pre-Sales, Solutions Engineer, Engagement Management, or LMS implementation consultant, ideally in SaaS.
•Consultative selling background and ability to engage prospects effectively.
•Knowledge of enterprise technologies and systems, including SSO, CRM, ERP, or HRIS.
•Proven ability to demonstrate technical expertise with senior stakeholders such as CTOs and CISOs.
•Ability to lead technical workshops (e.g., SaaS integrations, Middleware, ETL, API, Web Services) and communicate clearly in writing and verbally.
