Senior Lead - Commercialization Engineer

Lead end-to-end footwear commercialization, independently managing multiple development projects from confirmation to production. Own commercialization across manufacturing processes, fit, materials, and mold/process manufacturing, using root-cause analysis to troubleshoot tooling, molding, assembly, fit, and wear issues. Serve as the liaison between inline development and production teams and external T1/T2 partners, engineering for efficient manufacturability, cost, quality, and scalable replication, including manuals, trials, and ERP updates.
