Key Responsibilities

•Build and maintain scalable web apps and support mobile app features across the ecosystem (Software Engineering track).
•Define feature specs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and roadmap/sprint tracking for AI-powered product initiatives (AI Product Management track).
•Support client onboarding, automate operational workflows, handle escalations, and report key operational metrics (Customer Success & Operations track).
•Plan and execute micro-campaigns for lead generation, create content, manage partnership outreach pipelines, and track attribution and conversion metrics (GTM & Marketing track).
•Participate in integration and deployment of AI-driven features and tools, including LLMs and REST API integrations (Software track).
