  • •Support the development and execution of communications strategies for M&A, restructurings, IPOs, capital markets activity, and other strategic situations.
  • •Manage day-to-day client workstreams and ensure high-quality deliverables are completed accurately and on time.
  • •Draft and refine client materials, including strategic plans, messaging, press releases, Q&A, briefing materials, and presentations.
  • •Conduct research on companies, industries, markets, and stakeholders, and synthesize findings into actionable insights.

Key Requirements

  • •4–6+ years of relevant experience in financial communications, corporate communications, investor relations, investment banking, transaction advisory, or a related field.
  • •Experience with or a strong interest in M&A, restructuring, capital markets, and complex corporate situations.
  • •Strong quantitative and analytical skills with the ability to quickly synthesize complex information.
  • •Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
