Job Summary

Operate heavy construction equipment used for paving, including backhoe and related equipment, safely and efficiently across job sites. Follow OSHA/MSHA and company safety procedures, conduct daily pre- and post-operation inspections with proper documentation, and perform minor servicing/maintenance while escalating major issues to supervisors. Report problems to the appropriate leadership, follow foreman direction for daily tasks, support training for less-experienced employees, and maintain regular attendance.

Key Responsibilities

•Operate heavy equipment of various sizes and weights safely and efficiently.
