Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as a key member of the service organization and support customers with on-site technical assistance.
  • •Perform emergency repairs, startup services, and preventative maintenance for UPS systems, batteries, and power distribution solutions.
  • •Participate in safety training and ongoing compliance activities, including annual safety audits.
  • •Travel daily to customer sites and provide support outside the immediate region within the USA for at least three weeks per quarter.
  • •Collaborate with Field Service Technicians and follow on-site leads’ direction while applying troubleshooting and testing/repair techniques.

Key Requirements

  • •Ability to undergo and pass customer entrance requirements as needed, including periodic background checks and drug screenings.
  • •Read electrical component schematic drawings and apply troubleshooting, testing, and repair techniques.
  • •Must perform physical tasks as needed (including assisted lifting/carrying 50+ lbs., extended standing, climbing, and driving long distances).
