Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead interdisciplinary project teams across design and construction to ensure integrated delivery
  • •Engage with team leaders, clients, and partner firms to coordinate efforts and keep projects on track
  • •Review contracts and prepare fee proposals, managing technical, financial, and client satisfaction aspects
  • •Develop and monitor project plans, scope, schedule, and budgets, mitigating risks and addressing shortfalls
  • •Support business development and client relationships to drive new opportunities and maintain project performance

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 120,000 - 150,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Engineering with 4+ years of related experience (or equivalent)
  • •Experience leading multidisciplinary teams on architecture/engineering projects
  • •Project management experience in sports venues (preferred)
  • •Experience with design quality assurance and quality control
  • •Strong interpersonal, client management, and staff leadership skills
