Key Responsibilities

•Manage all Patients/Hospitals/Physicians related processes and documents
•Oversee logistic shipping and returns of LifeVest spares and sets
•Create and maintain relationships with Hospitals for shipping documents, manuals, declarations, activations/dismissals and schedules
•Support the Sales Team and coordinate with invoicing and orders/credit collection
•Interact with Tech Support, ZOLL EMEA colleagues and the German central warehouse

Key Requirements

•Native Italian speaker and fluent English
•Advanced MS Excel and strong Microsoft Office skills
•Proficiency with ERP systems and data entry into ERP/OneDrive
•Highly organized, precise, team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills
•Experience in logistics/shipping management and document handling
