Key Responsibilities

  • •Design the visual language, design system, and UI components for A1’s product across web and mobile.
  • •Create visual patterns that help users parse AI-generated content, distinguish system states, and understand confidence and reliability signals.
  • •Design information density and hierarchy in AI interfaces with dynamic, variable, and uncertain content.
  • •Work with product and UX designers to translate interaction flows into polished, accessible visual designs.
  • •Build and maintain a design system and define visual standards for error, empty, loading, task, and AI output states.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience as a visual or UI designer with a portfolio across web or mobile products.
  • •Strong skills in typography, color, layout, and visual hierarchy.
  • •Proficiency in Figma and experience building or contributing to design systems.
  • •Ability to design for dynamic content where AI output varies in length, format, tone, and reliability.
  • •Understanding of accessibility standards and designing for legibility and contrast.
